I just got back from my niece’s college graduation in Wooster, Ohio. We had a few hours and went into Amish country. Not even that far and it was replete with horse drawn buggies, homes with no electricity, and lots of farms. Farms with cows. Cows that make milk. Milk that goes into this cheese.
And I have a couple blocks of this Amish cheese in an insulated bag on it’s way back to San Diego with me. Anyone up for some cheese and crackers?!
