Tomato and corn pie

I’m remiss – I didn’t take a picture of this fresh, but it was even better the next day! At work even, without the benefit of a beautiful sunset and great friends. But it’s official – I’m obsessed with this recipe and will make many variations when the tomatoes come in from the garden. Recipe courtesy of Smitten Kitchen and James Beard: I couldn’t find chives and mine are still in the garden, so I used a little green onion and garlic.
